Field of Dreams Farm is dedicated to ensuring all students learn good riding basics but in addition they learn all aspects of being a good horse person. Students learn to be responsible for the horse/pony in terms of care and safety. They are assisted with working students in the grooming and tacking up for each lesson. After the lesson they are instructed in the proper way the horse/pony and tack are to be put away.
From time to time we provide at no charge to our lesson students clinics on different subjects such as safety, communication with your horse/pony. We do this to help our students be better horse people and have fun at the same time.
For instance do you know what your horse’s body language is telling you? And what is your body language telling your horse?
